    注册账户，选好租期，说明用途，并阅读同意使用规范。Create an account, pick a term, tell us what it's for and agree to the acceptable use policy.

  2. 人工审核We review it

    我们会逐单确认申请信息，通常一个工作日内回复。A person checks every request. We usually reply within one working day.

  3. 在线付款Pay online

    审核通过后，在后台用银行卡付款，自动生成发票。Once approved, pay by card from your account. An invoice is created automatically.

  4. 连上你的 MacConnect

    机器准备好后，连接信息会出现在后台，租期从这时开始计算。When the machine is ready, the connection details appear in your account and your term starts.

我们实名审核每一位客户，保护所有正常使用的人。下面这些行为一经发现，服务立即停止。We check every customer to protect everyone who uses the service properly. If we find any of the following, service stops at once.

  • 任何儿童性剥削或虐待材料：立即停止服务并报警
  • Any child sexual abuse material: service ends and we report it to the police
  • 恶意软件、网络攻击、扫描或入侵他人系统
  • Malware, attacks, scanning or breaking into other systems
  • 垃圾邮件、网络钓鱼和诈骗
  • Spam, phishing and fraud
  • 把机器转租、共享或倒卖给他人
  • Subletting, sharing or reselling the machine
  • 任何违反比利时或欧盟法律的活动
  • Anything that breaks Belgian or EU law

是的。租期内只有你能登录，同一台机器不会同时分给其他客户。这也是 Apple 的 macOS 许可协议对出租的要求。Yes. Only you can log in during your term, and the machine is never shared with another customer at the same time. Apple's macOS licence requires this for rentals too.

提交申请后就会扣款吗？Am I charged when I send a request?

不会。我们审核通过后，你才会在后台看到付款按钮。租期从机器交付那一刻开始算，不是从付款开始。No. The pay button only appears in your account once we approve the request. Your term starts when the machine is delivered, not when you pay.

用什么软件连接？What do I connect with?

Mac 上用自带的屏幕共享，Windows 和 Linux 用任意 VNC 客户端，命令行用 SSH。详细步骤见使用教程。On a Mac, the built-in Screen Sharing app. On Windows or Linux, any VNC client. For the command line, SSH. The guide has step-by-step instructions.

可以退款吗？Can I get a refund?

机器交付前取消，全额退款。交付后的情况见Cancel before delivery for a full refund. For anything after delivery, see the 退款规则refund policy。.

到期后我的文件怎么办？What happens to my files at the end?

请在到期前备份。租期结束后我们会整盘抹除并重装系统，之后才会交给下一位客户。Back them up before your term ends. Afterwards we wipe the disk and reinstall macOS before anyone else uses the machine.

可以一次租多台吗？Can I rent several machines?

可以。每台机器分别提交一份申请，或者写信告诉我们你的需求。Yes. Send one request per machine, or write to us with what you need.
