我们收集哪些数据
- 账户信息：姓名、邮箱，以及加密后的密码。
- 申请信息：真实姓名、公司、增值税号、国家和使用用途。
- 同意记录：你同意条款的时间、IP 地址和条款版本。
- 连接记录：连接机器的时间和来源 IP。
- 付款信息：由 Stripe 处理。我们只看到付款状态和发票，看不到你的卡号。
我们不会查看你租用的机器上的文件内容。
为什么收集
- 履行合同：审核申请、交付机器、开具发票。
- 法律义务：会计和税务记录，配合主管机关的合法要求。
- 正当利益：防止滥用和违法行为，保护我们的服务和其他客户。
保存多久
- 账户和申请信息：在你的账户存续期间，以及最后一份租期结束后 2 年。
- 发票和会计记录：按比利时法律保存 10 年。
- 连接记录和同意记录：12 个月；涉及调查的，保存到调查结束。
谁会收到你的数据
- Cloudflare：托管网站和数据库。
- Stripe：处理付款和发票。
- Google Fonts：加载网页字体时，你的浏览器会连接 Google 的服务器。
- 主管机关：仅在法律要求时。
部分服务商可能在欧盟以外处理数据，均采用欧盟认可的保护措施。
Cookie
我们只使用一个登录所必需的 cookie，以及在你的浏览器里记住语言偏好。不使用广告或追踪 cookie。
你的权利
你有权查阅、更正、删除你的数据，限制或反对处理，以及获取数据副本。写信给我们即可行使这些权利。如果对我们的处理有意见，可以向比利时数据保护局（Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit）投诉。
Privacy policy

What we collect
- Account: name, email and a hashed password.
- Request: legal name, company, VAT number, country and intended use.
- Consent record: when, from which IP address and to which version of the terms you agreed.
- Connection logs: when and from which IP address the machine was accessed.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We see the payment status and invoice, never your card number.
We do not look at the files on the machine you rent.
Why we collect it
- To perform the contract: reviewing requests, delivering machines and invoicing.
- To meet legal obligations: accounting and tax records, and lawful requests from the authorities.
- Legitimate interest: preventing abuse and illegal activity, and protecting our service and other customers.
How long we keep it
- Account and request data: while your account exists, and for 2 years after your last term ends.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as Belgian law requires.
- Connection logs and consent records: 12 months, or until an investigation ends.
Who receives it
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and database.
- Stripe, which processes payments and invoices.
- Google Fonts: your browser contacts Google's servers to load the page fonts.
- The authorities, only when the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the EU, always under safeguards approved by the EU.
Cookies
We use one cookie that is needed to keep you signed in, and remember your language choice in your browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy of it. Email us to use these rights. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
