这份教程带你从提交申请走到第一次连上你的 Mac。

1. 注册并提交申请

  1. 在客户后台注册账户。
  2. 点“申请租用”，选择月度、季度或年度。
  3. 把“申请前须知”读到最后，勾选同意服务条款和使用规范。
  4. 填写真实姓名、国家和用途，提交。提交申请不会扣款。

2. 等待审核

我们会人工审核每一份申请，通常一个工作日内回复。结果会显示在订单页面上，我们也可能写信问你一些问题。

3. 在线付款

审核通过后，订单页面会出现“用银行卡付款”按钮。付款在 Stripe 的安全页面上完成，我们看不到你的卡号。企业客户可以在付款页填写增值税号。付款后会自动生成发票，可以在订单页面查看。

4. 收到连接信息

机器准备好后，订单状态会变成“使用中”，连接地址、用户名和说明都会显示在订单页面。租期从这一刻开始计算。

5. 连接你的 Mac

从 Mac 连接（屏幕共享）

  1. 打开“访达”，在菜单栏选择“前往” → “连接服务器”。
  2. 输入 vnc://你的连接地址，点“连接”。
  3. 输入订单页面上的用户名和密码。

从 Windows 或 Linux 连接

安装任意 VNC 客户端，例如 RealVNC Viewer 或 TigerVNC，然后输入连接地址、用户名和密码。

用命令行连接（SSH）

在终端里输入 ssh 用户名@连接地址。传文件可以用 scp 或 rsync。

第一次登录后，请立即修改密码：在 SSH 里输入 passwd，或者在“系统设置” → “用户与群组”里修改。

6. 到期之前

租期结束后，我们会整盘抹除并重装系统，数据无法恢复。请在到期前把需要的文件备份到你自己的电脑或云端。想继续使用的话，在到期前提交一份新申请。

连不上怎么办

  • 检查连接地址和用户名是否复制完整，没有多余空格。
  • 确认你的网络没有屏蔽 VNC 或 SSH 端口，比如公司网络或公共 Wi‑Fi。
  • 还是不行的话，写信到 dewitteleeuwgent@hotmail.com，附上订单号和错误截图。

This guide takes you from sending a request to your first connection.

1. Create an account and send a request

  1. Create an account in your account area.
  2. Select “Rent a Mac” and pick monthly, quarterly or yearly.
  3. Read the notice to the end and agree to the terms of service and the acceptable use policy.
  4. Enter your legal name, country and what you'll use the Mac for, then send it. Requesting is free.

2. Wait for review

A person reviews every request, usually within one working day. The result appears on your order page. We may also email you with questions.

3. Pay online

Once approved, a “Pay by card” button appears on your order. Payment happens on Stripe's secure page, and we never see your card number. Businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout. An invoice is created automatically and linked from your order.

4. Get your connection details

When the machine is ready, your order changes to “Active” and shows the address, username and notes. Your term starts at that moment.

5. Connect to your Mac

From a Mac (Screen Sharing)

  1. Open Finder and choose Go → Connect to Server.
  2. Enter vnc://your-address and select Connect.
  3. Sign in with the username and password from your order.

From Windows or Linux

Install any VNC client, such as RealVNC Viewer or TigerVNC, and enter the address, username and password.

From the command line (SSH)

Run ssh username@address. Use scp or rsync to move files.

Change the password as soon as you first log in: run passwd over SSH, or use System Settings → Users & Groups.

6. Before your term ends

When the term ends we wipe the disk and reinstall macOS, and the data cannot be recovered. Back up anything you need to your own computer or cloud storage first. To keep going, send a new request before the end date.

If you can't connect

  • Check that the address and username were copied in full, with no extra spaces.
  • Make sure your network doesn't block VNC or SSH, which some office networks and public Wi‑Fi do.
